DM Borekas was founded in 1990 by us - Daisy and Mike Wang. We are spouses, business partners and food lovers. We bring many years of experience to the craft of making delicious finger foods. Our goal is to help food service businesses save time and money. At the same time, we know that when it comes to judging quality, all it takes is one bite. Production
began in our home kitchen. We started with a small line of hors-d'oeuvres
that we sold to hotels in the Montreal area. In time, our reputation
grew, as did our product line. More than 20 years later, we prepare fresh food in our own commercial plant. We work with members of our family and a team of dedicated
employees. The finger food business is a hands-on affair and that's how we run every aspect
